When do we process which personal data
We process your personal data in the following cases:
- When you visit our website, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected without any action on your part and stored until it is automatically deleted:
- IP address of the requesting computer,
- Date and time of access,
- Name and URL of the retrieved file,

- For unsolicited applications, we require name, address and other contact details, date and place of birth and nationality) and qualification documents.

Purposes of data processing
We only use the personal data actively provided by you for the agreed purpose and only to the extent necessary.
- We process the aforementioned data for the following purposes:
- Ensuring a smooth connection to the website,
- To ensure a comfortable use of our website,
- Evaluation of system security and stability and
- for other administrative purposes.
The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the data collection purposes listed above. Under no circumstances do we use the data collected for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person.
- Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b) GDPR on the basis of a pre-contractual measure. If a contract is concluded, the data can be entered into our customer care system. The data will not be processed for any other purposes.
- The data processing serves the purpose of establishing and implementing an employment relationship in accordance with Art. Art. 88 GDPR in conjunction with § 26 BDSG. In the event of a positive decision, the personal data will be entered into our personnel file and used for the purposes of the “Employee administration” procedure.
- If you have given your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a) GDPR, we will use your e-mail address to send you our newsletter on a regular basis.
- If you have registered with us, we will use your data to manage your account and, in the event that a third party misuses your data and registers on our site with this data without your knowledge, as a safeguard on our part in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. 1 p. 1 lit. b) GDPR.
Categories of recipients of the personal data
A transfer of your personal data to third parties for purposes other than those listed below / takes place to the following categories of recipients:

We only pass on your personal data to third parties if:
- You have given your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a GDPR have expressly consented to this,
- the disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f GDPR is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in the non-disclosure of your data,
- in the event that the disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. c GDPR there is a legal obligation, and
- this is legally permissible and in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b GDPR is required for the processing of contractual relationships with you.
Data will only be transferred to third countries if you have given us your consent.
Duration for which the personal data is stored
- Cookies are stored in your browser as so-called session cookies, so that your browser automatically deletes them after you leave the website. In this case, the duration of storage is determined by the technical functionality of the browser you are using.
- Personal data transmitted to us in connection with a contact request on our website will only be stored for the duration of the processing of the request. If a contract is concluded, the data you provide may be stored in our customer support system for 10 years unless there is another legal obligation that requires us to store it for longer.
- The personal data collected will be used for a
- Cancellation: Saved for at least three months. The longest storage period is again a maximum of six months.
- Setting: Our retention periods apply. The information to which you are entitled will be made available to you when you are hired.
- The personal data you provide will be stored until you withdraw your consent.
- Personal data that is transmitted to us in connection with a registration on our website is only stored for the duration of the existence of the account. If a contract is concluded, the data you provide may be stored in our customer support system for a regular period of 10 years, unless there is another legal obligation requiring us to store it for longer.
Please note that we will delete your data if its storage is inadmissible (in particular if the data is incorrect and cannot be corrected). Blocking takes the place of deletion if there are legal or factual obstacles to this (e.g. special retention obligations due to commercial and tax law requirements).
